We are currently looking for a person for the position of:

ASSEMBLER

Salary: 4 700 – 6 000 PLN / month gross
Contract type: Employment contract
Work dimension: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Hand tool and electro tool operation.
  • Manual skills, attention to aesthetics and quality of workmanship.
  • Availability for business trips, delegations in Poland and EU countries.
  • Driving license cat B – a necessary condition.

HR AND PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Salary: 3000 PLN net
Contract type: Employment contract
Work dimension: ½ time
Stationary work

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of documents for the employment of an employee depending on the type of contract (employment contracts or civil law contracts, others).
  • Establishment and maintenance of employee files.
  • Recording of working time, vacations and other absences.
  • Monitoring of sick leave – PUE ZUS.
  • Cooperation with employees in the field of personnel formalities.
  • Settlement of salaries.
  • Accounting for business trips, overtime.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly/annual information: PFRON.
  • Monitoring the timeliness of medical examinations, health and safety training.
  • Calculation of salaries, bonuses, Social Security contributions and other benefits.
  • Preparing and sending declarations to Social Security and the US.
  • Notifying and de-registering employees to Social Security, etc..
  • Cooperation with external institutions (Social Security, US, PIP, others).
  • Preparation of PIT 11, PIT 4R, PIT2 documents.
  • Participation in PIP audits and inspections.
  • Keeping HR and payroll statistics for the Board of Directors.
